With the Openevent Crew app, every staff member can directly accept card payments just with their iPhones (Android coming soon). Customise for each outlet specific POS menus, assign staff members to it, and track every penny.

Easily prepare offers and send invoices.

Send a beautifully designed offer which looks like a website. The client can digitally sign, pay a deposit and download it as PDF. Openevent automatically updates the event from 'lead' to 'confirmed', files the documents for accounting, and transforms the offer within one click into an invoice to be sent out after the event. You never have to manually check your bank to see if a payment was made. Every payment is tracked within Openevent, and lands instantly in your account. And if by any chance a client is late, you can send personalised payment reminders on auto-pilot.
